Rick Leopardi
Guitar, Bass, Vocals
Rick has been playing professionally for over thirty years in Pittsburgh, Pa., Tallahassee and Orlando, Fla. and Atlanta, Ga. He has played in single and duo acts, worked for ten years at Jeree Recording in New Brighton, Pa.and has played in numerous bands including Hot Grits, Cahoots, Hurricane and Big Jake and the Phat Cats.

Scooter
Mississippi Saxophone
Scooter began playing harp at the age of eight. Born in Warren Ohio Scooter was in the Marine Corps Special Forces Recon. Playing country music for twenty years Scooter got the Blues. Playing on a couple albums with Rosewood and sharing the stage with Bo Diddley at the Benedum Center are some of his highlights. 7th Avenue Hotel, Silver Creek Band, Scooter & the White Boys, Blues To Go, Black Cat Otis and Last Call, were some of the bands he has performed with before settling in with Big Jake & The Phat Cats.

Bob Hage
Guitar
Bob Hage has been playing guitar professionally in the Pittsburgh area for over thirty years. He has worked in some of the areas most popular bands, including The Skeeter Hill Band, Chandler, and with Bob Corbin. His influences include the Beatles, of course, late sixties rock, and various country pickers. The Phat Cats is his first foray into the blues.

Jeff Conner
Keyboards, Guitar, Vocals
Jeff has lived in the Pittsburgh area for over 30 years and grew up in a musical family. His father taught him his first guitar chords at the age of nine and his love of music performance grew from there with him achieving proficiency in most brass instruments, including the Mellophone, Trumpet, and the French horn. Inspired by artists like Pinetop Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis and Ray Charles, Jeff pursued playing Blues piano as his main forte and has now mastered Blues guitar. Jeff has performed with many local bands including Eugene and the Nightcrawlers, Angel Blue and the Prophets, The Sidewinders, The Dave Iglar Band, Billy the Kid and the Regulators and The Jimmy Adler Band.

Kevin Korneff
Drums
Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area Kevin has enjoyed drums since the age of eight playing in school Jazz band, marching band, and orchestra. After many years of sitting in at local open stage nights and playing in several garage bands, Kevin got his first opportunity to play with Eugene and the Nightcrawlers. After a few years with Eugene he helped form a band called The Sidewinders. Now laying down the rhythmic backbone for The Phat Cats, Kevin’s talent and love of the Blues will be on the Pittsburgh music scene for years to come.
